Some questions about the rules... I'm using C64 btw.
1. What is "hidden initializations" and why is it not allowed?
2. Does "Allowed are POKEs in storage locations (for example, changing the DL, PM graphics, sprites)" mean I can poke to any register and location? Except making assembler code from basic?
3. What is DL and PM by the way?

Let's take a look at your game... Does it run on a stock C64? Yes? Then it's allowed. You could mention the recommended use of flash 8 in the program description (and other possible aid, e.g. warp speed in emulators).
