I have watched closely the reactions to the tweets. Almost all likes came in the two or three days after the tweet. So I don't think that the earlier entries will get more likes...
The "Public's Choice Award" will probably not reward the "best" programs but the ones that attracts the most attention. Don't take this too serious, it will be only a small bonus award.
There's no need to change your strategy for sending in the entries.

So the earliest entries might have more likes... and I guess that also the ones with more publications on different forums and the ones that can be played before the contest. Hum... I think I'll have to change the way I send my entries, no more play with the jury's expectations and try to surprise them!!!

I will prepare one tweet for every entry and watch how people react. I will count only the likes to the original tweet from @Basic10L. Nobody needs a twitter account. It is merely a tool to involve the public in the evaluation in addition to the jurors. It is still in the experimental stage.
